What is Black Label?
First and foremost, Black Label is Invite Only.
Black Label was designed as an adaptive experience for group fitness: Rhythm Cycling, Weight Training, Core Work & Mental Empowerment. It is a low-impact high, intensity endurance workout. It has been copied, but most importantly, it has and will never be duplicated. There is no formula; only decades of athletic and coaching experience where the instructor uses their experience to define and elevate or deescalate the intensity via the group's mental and physical status. As we all know, we have our on and off days, so what feels complex or challenging one day does not mean it will be the next time. It isn't about going fast, heavy hills, or tons of choreography; it's the energy and the experience that makes Black Label.
Why is it invite only?
Black Label Invites are not based on just showing up or a number of classes you take; it's dedication. You may come one time, and you will receive the email. You may come 100 times and may never receive it. You will be invited based on a number of factors. The best way is to meet someone already in the classes. As with everything, Fitness has and will continue to evolve. We assess, review, and continue to see that the chain's strength is one weak link. This anecdote holds to our group fitness classes. We vibe together. We work hard together. And we all see physical and mental growth together. This is why Black Label is invite only.
