How much time should I give myself before class?
If it’s your first time, you MUST arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts—especially if you’ve never been to our studio before. This gives you time to get familiar with the space, change, fill your water bottle, grab weights, and set up your mat. Arriving early ensures a smooth start for you and your fellow classmates!
What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before your scheduled class to avoid a late-cancel or no-show fee. These fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations can be made online or by emailing hello@yourhouseofheroes.com. Even those with memberships will be charged for late cancellations. No-shows or failure to cancel will result in being charged the full class rate.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
You're welcome to bring your own mat if that makes you more comfortable! However, we provide mats at the studio for your convenience.
Should I wear specific footwear?
No specific footwear is required! You can wear grippy socks, regular socks, or go barefoot—whatever feels most comfortable. Outside shoes are not allowed in the studio to help keep the space clean for everyone.
Do you have showers?
Yes! Our locker rooms are equipped with showers, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and hairdryers for your convenience.
Do you provide water, or should I bring my own?
We have filtered water fountains at the studio where you can refill your bottle.
Do you host events or private classes?
Yes! We’ve hosted brand partnership events, corporate classes, charity events, and private sessions. For booking inquiries, please email hello@yourhouseofheroes.com.
