For years, I have been asked what are the best indoor cycling / spin shoes. I have tried many of the brands. The best in my opinion is fi’zi:k without a question: durability, comfort, and breathability, also extremely sleek and sexy.

However, fi’zi:k never had a pair that were economical or made sense for a cycling class except competing. Roughly 4 years ago, they came out with the TEMP POWERSTRAP R5, which was $80 but has risen in price to roughly $110 or so. They are gorgeous and comfortable. Teaching 30 classes a week, they lasted for over 2 years until they got lost in our move from Brooklyn to Manhattan. I still wear fi’zi:k VENTO STABILITA CARBON for competing in triathlons, but I rock our in-house shoes that have a similar design.

(This is not a sponsored post and we receive no pay from fi’zi:k.)
